Sadie, labeled The Sweet Girl's Friend, was a camper from Total Drama Island on the Killer Bass team. She did not compete on Total Drama Action.

Sadie and Katie are Best Female Friends For Life, (BFFFLs for short) dressing alike and spending all their time together since they were young children. They became best friends when they first met as next-door neighbors. Sadie loves Katie like a sister. She becomes upset when being separated from her. While the dynamic duo are very similar in interests and personality, Sadie appears to be more logical than Katie and most likely has a better sense of direction, though unlike Katie, she does not have her drivers license. Sadie seems to be overshadowed by Katie for a portion of the series.

Katie is thin, pretty and seemingly a little more independent, while Sadie is obese and much less independent than Katie. Katie is also shown to be a better athlete than Sadie in Dodgebrawl. However, Sadie is forced to become more independent when Katie is eliminated in The Sucky Outdoors and she is forced to go on without her. After Katie is voted off, Sadie is devastated and cries (even breaking a piece of the dock off when she is dragged away).

Sadie soon starts to become more independent from Katie, becoming friends with Bridgette, Lindsay, and Harold. In the end, Sadie comes out of her shell and finds she is able to continue on and make her own choices even without Katie. She is even able to overcome her worst fear (bad haircuts) in Phobia Factor on her own (and perhaps with some moral support from Lindsay, who had to suffer the same challenge). Sadie bonds with Lindsay during this challenge. Sadie didn't speak from Up the Creek and If You Can't Take The Heat...

Though Sadie was eager about the Blind William Tell Challenge, it was what eventually got her voted off.

However, she seems to attract some unwanted hate from Courtney after she shot her in the face unknowingly a few times during Who Can You Trust. It was not a complete loss for Sadie, as Katie was there to greet her on the Boat of Losers and instantly improves Sadie's mood after being eliminated. They reunited with a hug, squealing happily into the night.

They are seen together constantly in Haut Camp-ture, admiring Justin at the beginning of the episode. They also seem to enjoy hanging out with Noah, though it is unknown if the feeling is mutual with Noah, as it is possible that Noah only hung out with them because he was bored and not necessarily because he liked them. Sadie and Katie are responsible for the unfair nature elimination of LeShawna, whom they both greatly admired. When Chris asks them  who they would like to see join them at Playa Des Losers, they both say they miss LeShawna the most, clearly misunderstanding the question. This counted as a vote due to them saying LeShawna's name, and caused LeShawna's elimination by everyone staying on the topic and constantly saying her name, completely forgetting about it counting as a vote until it was.

During the special, Sadie teamed up Justin and Katie, but got in a fight with Katie after Justin abandoned them. Ironically, the fight was over which of the two Justin liked the most, when in fact he disliked both of them as he considered them annoying and was only using them to help him find the case. After being chased by a moose, they made up on the diving board before it broke. Though most of the campers on the board were able to make it to the dock and the next season, both Sadie and Katie fell in the tub below and thus were unable to make it to the dock in time. Unlike most who did not qualify, Sadie and Katie seem content in not being eligible for the next season as they care more about being with each other than competing. They are excited to be able to watch the action from the sidelines.

Sadie is seen with Katie (along with the others who did not qualify and the current castmates voted off) in The Aftermath: I, a sideshow that is hosted by Bridgette and Geoff. When given the opportunity to speak their opinion on the Gwen/Trent breakup, Sadie and Katie side with Trent and even volunteer to be his new girlfriend, though he does not appear to be interested. Nonetheless, Sadie and Katie remain consistently sympathetic towards him. Katie tells Geoff and Bridgette that every time she thinks about Trent, she throws up in her mouth and Sadie admits that too and does throw up in her mouth. When debating about whether Heather kissed Trent or whether they kissed at the same time, the two best friends had their third fight (shown on the series), but when Trent explains where his number nine obsession came from, they quickly make up.

In the second aftermath it is revealed that her and Katie have started a Trent fan club/Anti Gwen Club. It seems both her and Katie have developed a major crush on Trent and a hatred for Gwen.

Sadie doesn't have any dialog in the third or fourth aftermaths.

After putting the camera back into an upright position (following Katie's audition tape), she knocks out Katie in a pillow fight. After she realizes this, she immediately switches the camera off.

Like many other campers, Sadie was included in Total Drama Island's prototype show, Camp TV. Little can be said about her differences in personality, if there were any, as she was not featured in the promo at all, but her initial design is dramatically different from her final design. She is as thin as Katie in Camp TV, but does not wear the same outfit as she does (nor does she wear her hair the same way as Katie). Sadie's shorts resemble the shorts she would wear in the Total Drama series, but did not wear a striped shirt and additionally wore a scarf.

Her design is recycled in Rock n' Rule as one of the paparazzi along with Katie's. It can also be seen in the TDA Alternate Realites clip as one of Heather's friends.

  • Sadie did not return to Total Drama Action as a competitor.
  • Sadie and Katie are the only ones who knew each other before coming to Total Drama Island.
  • In Haut Camp-ture, it is revealed that Sadie and Katie are from Toronto, Ontario.
  • When Sadie is happy, her hands morph into the "I Love You" sign in sign language.
  • When Sadie is seen at Playa Des Losers, she shows no signs of holding a grudge against Courtney for getting her voted off (either she is not the kind to hold a grudge, forgot about it, or never knew).
  • In Phobia Factor, it is implied that Sadie has a pet snake or has some knowledge of snakes, as she states that the tiny snake that DJ had to touch was female and liked DJ.
  • After Phobia Factor Sadie did not have lines except for occasional gasps and giggles. This continues until Who Can You Trust?, where she is voted off.
  • Sadie was one of several characters to have a crying fit:
    • She cries for a long time after Katie is voted off in The Sucky Outdoors.
    • She cries again after she is the one voted off in Who Can You Trust?.
    • She cries again in The Aftermath: I  when Trent informs the viewing world about the truth behind his Number 9 obsession.
    • She has cried more than any other character.
  • Sadie, Courtney, and Katie/Lindsay's voice actresses compose of a trio known as the Khaki Clones from 6teen. Sadie and Katie in particular talk and squeal very similarly to them.
  • Sadie was one of the few campers to show a form of nudity.
    • When relaxing on the beach in Not So Happy Campers - Part 2, she and Katie don't have their skirts on. This also causes them to be the first females to show a form of nudity.
  • Sadie and Gwen were the only campers to reject a marshmallow. This is seen in The Sucky Outdoors when Katie is eliminated. When Chris called her name, Sadie refused to catch her marshmallow and instead cried for Katie, asking why she was the one who had to go.
  • Sadie and Katie are the only girls who put their hair in pigtails.
  • As seen in a CN extra, Katie and Sadie have starred in a movie, titled, "Mall Cop Force".
  • Once Katie is voted off the island, Sadie never uses the confessional stall. But does use it again with Katie Total Drama, Drama, Drama, Drama Island.
  • At the end of No Pain, No Game, the bear was wearing Sadie's clothes.
  • Sadie is the highest ranking camper from Total Drama Island to not qualify for Total Drama Action. She got 14th (however, it is debatable that Eva is the highest ranker not to qualify due to returning to the competition after Sadie's elimination and therefore taking a higher rank than her).
  • In Total Drama Action, Lindsay and Beth seem to have taken over the "best friends" roles that Katie and Sadie previously filled in total Drama Island, though the former two are noticeably less intelligent than Katie and Sadie were portrayed in the first series.  
  • Sadie is one the few characters to have worn a wig. The others are Lindsay, Owen, Heather, and Courtney.
  • Sadie's rough design's shirt [edited], shorts, and hair are currently clothing and hair styles players can choose in Best. Game. Ever.
  • Sadie is the only person (other than Tyler and Katie) not mentioned as a flawed or a sane camper by Gwen.
  • Sadie's Camp TV head design can be seen as an audience member in the second aftermath.
  • After Phobia Factor, Sadie doesn't talk until the episode that she is eliminated, though she is heard cheering in some episodes. This is similar to Katie.
  • Sadie, along with Katie's audition tape, is the only one not to feature any lines.
  • Sadie oddly resembles Owen's mother.
  • Sadie and Katie are the only two people to ride in the Boat of Losers together in the first season.
