Noah, labeled The Schemer, was a camper on Total Drama Island on the Screaming Gophers team. He did not qualify for Total Drama Action.
Biography
Total Drama Island
Noah seems to be sarcastic, cynical, pessimistic, and sardonic to most. He harbors a dislike towards LeShawna for calling him a turkey who is in need of a lesson in respect when he was voted off (something he did not enjoy hearing from her). However, in Haut Camp-ture, he admitted that he preferred LeShawna over Duncan, Gwen, Heather, and Owen because of her ingenious strategy of locking Heather in the freezer in If You Can't Take The Heat.... Noah, like many other campers, sided with Owen originally, not needing to be swayed by the party, in the final episode.
In The Big Sleep, he accidentally kissed Cody on the ear in his sleep (which is his most infamous moment among fans and the other campers alike). This was mentioned again in Haut Camp-ture when Izzy teases him while he refuses to comment about the incident. He frequently (and fiercely) denies that it ever happened until he was proved wrong by Trent. In the same episode, Noah is seen running in fifth place at the 20-kilometer run, however, he later passes out due to lack of air and has to be rescued by Owen. Noah might not have fully passed out, because when the Gophers won the race, he is suddenly revived and cheers with the rest of his team.
Noah is eliminated in Dodgebrawl after insisting that he leave the challenges involving brawn to the rest of his team, and never even tries to compete in the challenge (even Gwen, who was still exhausted from The Big Sleep's challenge, competes for her team). He states that sports aren't his "forte". He sarcastically cheers for his team throughout the dodgeball competition, and the anger felt by the team after they lose is directed at Noah when he hypocritically tells them that they put in a weak effort. Considering his attitude in this episode in the previous one, it is insinuated that Noah has the potential to be a strong competitor, but simply lacks the will and/or desire to utilize said potential and only does so when he sees fit.
In the season finale, Noah teams up with with Izzy and Eva, more-or-less being civil with them most of the time (but admits in the Confessional stall that he finds Izzy to be off-kilter). He is somewhat sadistic, a trait most prominently shown in Haut Camp-ture. He still showed this trait when Duncan was reeling in pain from a sprained ankle after Courtney abandoned him; Noah stood there and insulted Duncan to his face, thinking he was too helpless to retaliate, but Noah underestimated him and lost his pants as a result. He also did not hesitate to scold Eva for falling for Justin's charms when they were in possession of the case. Noah has a distinct dislike for Justin, even calling him "The Anti-Me." This feud seems to have originated when Justin voted off Noah and later escalated during their stay in Playa Des Losers, possibly because of the characters' clashing personalities. The feud is shown in the special, when Noah calls Justin the "anti-me."
It is possible that Noah has played a part in helping Eva with her anger management, as he reminded her that crushing Justin's skull was a step too far. Eva accepted Noah's scolding as constructive criticism, rather than responding with rage as she normally would have in the past. At the end of the episode, he and Eva dump buckets of chum on Justin, who had just obtained the million-dollar case from Lindsay. Izzy then runs in and steals the case while Justin is distracted, but Noah and Eva did not have enough time to run to the dock and land in the lake to tie with the other campers, making Noah ineligible to participate in Total Drama Action.
Total Drama Action
Noah returns to Total Drama Action as a guest on Total Drama Action Aftermath, along with the other eliminated contestants. Noah was shown to get along with the other campers during the events of The Aftermath: I, The Aftermath: II, The Aftermath: III, and Mutiny on the Soundstage, but has yet to do or say anything of significance. He is shown to be somewhat uncaring in The Aftermath: I when Trent is playing his guitar and singing about Gwen, Noah is the only one who shows no sympathy (even people like Eva, Ezekiel, and Courtney cared despite their personalities.)
For the rest of the season, Noah does nothing but sit quietly watching the Aftermath hosts run the show. He does however give the sarcastic, yet friendly, response "Yeah, right" to Owen during the season finale when he says he will eat healthier.
Audition tape
In his audition, Noah is congratulated by a friend, Joey, for making class president. Then he says that he is smart and that would be how he will come out on top.
Camp TV
Noah (along with Izzy, Courtney, and Heather) was one of the few campers to not appear in Camp TV. However, his current design bears some resemblance to Ezekiel's original design, meaning his role was likely merged with Ezekiel's.
Trivia
- Noah did not appear in Total Drama Action as a competitor, but still made occasional cameo appearances during talk show-like segments including The Aftermath: I, The Aftermath: II, The Aftermath: III, and The Aftermath: IV.
- Noah is the first of the Screaming Gophers to be voted off.
- Noah is the second shortest male contestant, the first shortest being Cody.
- Noah is not seen taking the Boat of Losers upon his elimination, he actually walks off in the opposite direction of the dock.
- When the dock breaks in the first episode Noah's body splits in half from the part Trent is resting on to the part where Owen is holding.
- He demonstrates his enjoyment to see other people fight in Not So Happy Campers - Part 2 when seeing LeShawna fight with Heather about jumping off the cliff and later on in Haut Camp-ture when Harold and Courtney get into a slap fight and fall into the pool; Noah exclaims "Excellent!"
- It is interesting to note that Harold is the only character who goes out of his way to attempt to befriend Noah (though Noah denies him). While Heather compliments him in the Confessional stall in later episodes, it is more likely that she was merely trying to manipulate him (and the other losers) to vote for her to win.
- Noah states in Haut Camp-ture that he has a Golden Labrador dog which "drools less over a rib-eye steak". This makes him one of the few characters to own a pet.
- A running gag in the show is for Noah to get hit in the head with something after sarcastically insulting another camper.
- Dodgebrawl: Noah is hit in the face with a dodgeball after cheering "Knock 'em out, throw 'em out, rah rah." with no enthusiasm whatsoever when his team is losing the challenge. In the same episode, he is pelted with marshmallows, some of which hit his face, after saying he's "the only one with any brains on this team".
- Haut Camp-ture: Courtney throws her drinking glass at his head after he tells her to stop whining.
- Noah's dark-complected skin has raised several questions as to what country his family line originated from. It is theorized is that he is of Native American descent or of Indian descent, but this is merely speculation.
- Noah is the only camper that possibly failed to complete the entire 20 kilometer run in The Big Sleep, as Owen was seen carrying him to the dining hall. However, considering that he prefers to let other team members do things related to brawn/sports rather than him, it's possible that he faked passing out so he would be carried.
- Noah is the quietest character (with Tyler), since they only speak in four episodes (If flashbacks don't count, then Tyler only speaks in three episodes.
- Even though Noah is labeled The Schemer, he has not shown to do any schemes on the show so far, this most likely due to his early elimination.
- Noah is one of the two campers in Total Drama Island to never receive a marshmallow. The other camper is Ezekiel.
- Noah is the only male camper who did not return to Total Drama Action who wasn't voiced by Peter Oldring.
- Noah is said to be the smallest (possibly youngest) of nine siblings (including himself).
- He apparently has life-threatening allergies that he mentions in Not So Happy Campers - Part 1, but he never specifies what he is allergic to.
- Noah is one of two characters (the other being Eva) who has yet to reveal a phobia in the series.
- Noah frequently crosses his legs when he sits (which is odd, as it's considered a more female habit).
- Noah is the only character (besides Owen and Duncan) to have kissed someone of the same gender as he did in The Big Sleep.
- He is the only Screaming Gopher, other than Cody, to never compete in Total Drama Action. (Katie is technically a Killer Bass.)
- Noah shares a similar stereotype with Cody, Harold, and Beth.
- Noah, along with Harold, LeShawna and Courtney, are the only campers with known allergies.
- Even though he seems to be the smartest camper he is in fact the second IQ wise, first being Izzy by only 8 points.
- Trent, Gwen, Cody, Noah, Eva, Ezekiel, Courtney, Bridgette, Beth and Tyler are the only campers not to show a form of nudity.
- Noah and Heather are the only contestants to kiss someone and never have a relationship.
- Noah rarely shown any emotions during TDI and The Aftermaths.
- However this may be to his bored expressions.
- Noah was the only non-returning competitor celebrating Beth's victory at her side in the alternate ending of TDA.
