Boat of Losers

 The Boat of Losers is a boat for the contestant who is voted off or eliminated in Total Drama Island. It makes its first appearance in Not So Happy Campers Part 1, and its last in I Triple Dog Dare You. The loser must walk the Dock of Shame to catch/ride this boat. Usually driven by Chef Hatchet, the boat takes them to Playa Des Losers, where they will stay until the finale. In Paintball Deer Hunter when Cody is eliminated, the boat is strangely absent. Cody instead sinks to the bottom of the lake. In Up the Creek during Izzy's elimination, she instead runs off into the woods. Izzy also disappears in a cloud of smoke in Wawanakwa Gone Wild! rather than boarding the Boat of Losers. It's unknown who was driving the Boat of Losers during Courtney's elimination in Basic Straining, as Chef Hatchet and Chris threw her into the boat(as she demanded a recount of the votes and refused to leave until this was done). The boat of Losers has been seen in day and sunset. Heather was voted off daytime. Lindsay was voted off at sunset.

 Mr. Coconut was thrown into the water instead of boarding the Boat of Losers (which was not present) during its elimination in Camp Castaways. The first camper on board was Ezekiel in Not So Happy Campers Part 2. The last camper was Heather in I Triple Dog Dare You!, who stood on the edge and even threatened to sue because of her unfair elimination. Harold was the first one to bring his luggage to the boat, followed by most of the remaining losers. Eva is the only camper to have boarded the Boat of Losers twice, once in The Big Sleep and once in No Pain, No Game. She is also the only character to have exited on it in a straight jacket. Gwen, Owen, Cody, Izzy, and Mr. Coconut are the only campers that have never board the Boat of Losers(If you count Mr. Coconut a camper). The campers who took the Boat of Losers but were not seen are Noah, Justin, Beth, Bridgette and Geoff. In Total Drama Action, it's counterpart is the Lame-o-sine.

• Cody, Izzy, and Mr. Coconut are the only campers who didn't take the Boat of Losers after being eliminated.
  • Izzy was chased away by the RCMP and disappeared into the woods. Later when she was eliminated for the second time she disappeared using a smoke bomb.
  • However, Cody may have taken it off screen, but Mr. Coconut did not. Adding to that, Mr. Coconut is not officially a camper.
    • Cody rolled into the lake, thus preventing him to get the ride in the boat.
• Courtney, Harold, and LeShawna are the only people that were pushed or pulled onto the boat.
• Eva has taken a trip on the Boat of Losers more than any other contestant.
  • She rode it after her elimination in The Big Sleep.
  • She rode it back to the island in No Pain, No Game.
  • She rode it after her elimination in No Pain, No Game.
• Heather and Lindsay are the only two to not ride the boat at night.(When leaving the island)
  • Eva rode the boat when returning.
• Sadie and Tyler are the only campers to have something waiting for them when the Boat of Losers came.
  • Katie was waiting for Sadie on the boat, while chickens (Tyler's greatest fear) were present when Tyler was on the Boat of Losers.
• Tyler and Duncan are the only two campers to have ridden on the Boat of Losers while screaming in fright.
  • Duncan was screaming, because Chef was dressed up as the Sasquatchinakwa, and was scaring him with a seemingly endless loop of masks that come off.
  • Tyler was screaming due to the chickens on the boat.
• Eva and Katie are the only contestants to ride the boat twice.
• Katie was the only camper to return after her elimination on the Boat of Losers that wasn't returning to the game.
• Harold, Courtney, Bridgette, Trent (and possibly Cody) are the only campers who had some act of love towards their boyfriend/girlfriend before leaving on the Boat of Losers
  • When Harold left, LeShawna and him hugged and kissed before he got pushed on it.
  • Once Courtney got on, Duncan runs up and throws her a wooden skull he carved followed by Courtney saying, "I'll never forget you!"
  • Bridgette and Geoff kind of had a romantic moment when they lean in to each other and almost kiss, until Geoff runs away and hides behind a bush because of Bridgette's skunk smell.
  • Before Trent leaves, he has a touching talk with Gwen and then they lean in slowly to kiss and almost make it, until Chris barges in and tells Trent he has "an appointment at the Dock of Shame and a ticket for the Boat of Losers."
